Half of Buy-to-Let Investors Plan to Grow Portfolios in 2025

Some 50% of buy-to-let investors in the UK are looking to expand their property portfolios in 2025, according to a recent study, which points to increasing confidence in the rental market. Landlords are still enthusiastic about the sector’s long-term prospects, despite headwinds like high mortgage rates and strict regulation. The UK still faces a housing shortage while the demand for rental properties continues to grow , especially from young professionals and families.
